Flawless Faces is the best and I can't believe I went anywhere before discovering this place. I found them when looking for a new Med Spa (last one was meh) via Google... When I saw their reviews, I went in for consult and have never looked back. I've had Botox, Kybella, Diamond Glow Facial, and eyebrow waxing so far.... and plan to add to that list soon! Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, and you can tell they know what they are doing. I've seen ALI (owner/greatest person ever), Mackenzie aka KENZIE, and DEVN and they are all truly great at their jobs and great people to be around. If I could give them 100 stars I would 🙂

Corina did an amazing job with making me feel comfortable while giving me a lip flip. I was very nervous but she eased my mind with the step by step process, explaining the product and the anatomy of my face. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable!

I also received a laser hair removal sesh today, it was a great experience. Corina is confident and her energy is so lovely calming and positive; plus she’s gorgeous !!!!

Laser hair removal service was fairly priced. I'll be back for another session. My second hair removal session went well. Definitely recommend their med spa 👌to anyone in Chandler or Gilbert.

My first experience with "Brotox" (Botox) was a good one. Highly recommend! This is the best med spa in Chandler. I will have to visit again when I come back to Arizona.

I had an amazing experience at Flawless Medical spa! The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I got the signature facial, and I can't say enough good things about it. I really liked the mask- definitely ask for it! I saw improvements in my skin pigmentation and acne almost right away... highly recommend! I've also tried the botox and Lip fillers. The Injectors there are so good. I barely felt a thing!! And no bruising after.

Love this place! Everyone here is efficient, knowledgeable, nice & always on time. Ali is super sweet and very gentle while doing fillers; love her attitude. Ali is such a freaking doll! I had my first appointment with her today and she’s such a genuine, good, honest person. I really was not expecting my first appointment and meeting her to be the best appointment I’ve ever had anywhere. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and familiar with an endocrine issue that most aren’t knowledgeable in. She’s honest, doesn’t try to sell you on anything more than what you want. I’m so glad I met her today, her vibes are genuine and pure. She’s amazing, I’m definitely a new regular! I very highly recommend her!
