Such an AWESOME experience!!! Ali is AMAZING!!! I have been getting lip fillers and Botox for about 5 years now and have previously had so many issues with my lip fillers I've received from other practices. Before coming here, I tried 2 other well known and highly rated practices in downtown chander and Phoenix areas and had terrible experiences both times- leaving my lips lumpy or lopsided, and even needing to be dissolved twice. Coming here has been a TOTAL game changer for me!

The fact she has 5 stars is no surprise to me at all. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a med spa and I was very nervous . She is the sweetest most empathetic injector ever not to mention a wonderful woman to be around. She actually cares about her clients and that’s evident. Not only that but professional clean and extremely knowledgeable and informative. This is also over an hour away from me and I will not go or refer anyone else. Quality is a understatement. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I got cheek fillers done by - Ali She did an amazing job!! She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. My skin feels more full and youthful. I’m Exited to do my makeup now 😍 I highly recommend her! Also try the laser hair removal procedure.. totally worth it.. no more shaving 🙌

I did lip filler, I feel natural, it suits my face a lot. Ali looked into my face and knew what to do and did a very good job. My lips are also plump. Had a good result in the end, and I am very proud of it (not too much INJECTABLE FILLER 🥰)She's also very nice and really friendly. In my opinion she is the best person in Phoenix Metro area for AESTHETIC+INJECTION SERVICES. She cares about all of her clients, is not pushy to get a sale/spend more, takes her time to map out your face to avoid veins and bruising. Never have I felt so confident in my own skin after my visit at this med spa. The facility was very clean and relaxing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had filler put into my chin and jawlines to make it more defined. The results came out perfect it looks very natural. I also did a hydra facial session. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and attentive during my session. I recommend Flawless Faces Med Spa to our Chandler & Gilbert community. Also the Botox injections are on point. Fresh never frozen 😃🤣

My sister and I both found this wonderful med spa through Facebook and booked a series of facial laser treatments together. We are both fair skinned and have issues with rosacea and saw great results , especially with the facial veins /flushing shortly after our first treatment! Since our first series of treatments our skin has improved so much that we have rebooked and hope to continue with maintenance . Ali is so personable and talented and really works with you to address the issues you have concerns with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend trying them If you are thinking of skin rejuvenation procedures. So happy I found them and I love that they have occasional specials we can take advantage of!

Came in for my first Botox sesh! They were able to get me in same day with Ali who was amazing! She put me at ease (I have a fear of needles) she definitely knew what she was talking about and it was quick and barely felt like anything! Overall super impressed!
