Oh my God you guys I have found the best hidden gem of Ocotillo in Chandler, AZ it’s called Flawless Faces and I just got my Lips done and it’s amazing this Medical spa has got to be one of the best hidden Gems that Chandler has to offer I’ve been with Ali for years I followed her from several places and now that she has her own Medical spa this is the place to be the prices are amazing for the job that she does any other place I would be spending close to double the price for Botox and Lip Fillers. I’m telling you do you want a great deal from amazing Injectors. Flawless Faces is the place to be I am just in love with my Lips now. thank you so much Flawless med spa and Ali for everything and helping me look beautiful 😍

Ali is amazing. This was my first time going to Flawless Faces Medspa for lip fillers and she really took her time to listen to what I wanted before the procedure. She was thorough, kind, and best of all - exceeded my expectations. My lips look amazing in terms of both shape and volume thanks to her. I was also quite nervous during the procedure but she made me feel totally at ease which made the experience much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to Flawless Faces for a while now and I love this place! Ali is amazing. She is thorough and explained everything and make sure I get the right treatment. She is the only person that I trust to inject my face. Her staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have a monthly Diamond Glow with Dani. She is the best!! She is so gentle and her facial massage is so relaxing. She also helps me with my skincare routine which makes my skin look even better. Love love love! This place has never disappointed me.
