It was my first time getting dermal fillers ever! It's not really my thing, so I was scared but excited. And wow Ali made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and that I knew exactly was going on. I definitely will be coming back! The results are so good already. Anyone wanting fillers or anything like that should go to Flawless Faces you wont regret it.

This is such a fun vibe. It doesn't even feel like a medspa. Ali the owner is so iconic. Love her. She did a flawless job on my lip injections. They look so yummy now, but not overfilled. Don't walk here run!!! It's my favorite medspa in Arizona hands down.

Self care is the best care baby!! 💆‍♀️✨ Flawless Faces Medspa is conveniently located near Ocotillo, which makes it perfect since it’s so close to my home, and there is plenty of parking available. The facility is bigger than I expected, very clean, and feels both professional and welcoming with multiple treatment rooms. I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, checked in quickly, and even offered water while I waited. Ali took me back and thoroughly explained every step of the process and what to expect, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and amazing at what she does — I barely felt the Botox injections. Even just a day later, I already look refreshed and natural with noticeably fewer frown lines and no downtime. This was by far one of the best Botox experiences I’ve had, and the results speak for themselves. I would absolutely recommend Flawless Faces Medspa to anyone considering injectables!

Just had another wonderful facial with Dani. I highly recommend the diamond glo with a dermaplane. I've been going consistently for 2 years and my skin has completely transformed. It used to be textured with bumps and red acne scars. I switch between a flawless favorite and the diamond glo facial every other visit.
