This is such a fun vibe. It doesn't even feel like a medspa. Ali the owner is so iconic. Love her. She did a flawless job on my lip injections. They look so yummy now, but not overfilled. Don't walk here run!!! It's my favorite medspa in Arizona hands down.

Self care is the best care baby!! Flawless Faces medspa is located right by Ocotillo which makes it a great place to be so close because it's so close to my home. There is plenty of parking available. The facility is a bit bigger than I expected. There's a lot of rooms.. I was warmly greeted and checked in by the staff up front and offered water while I waited. Then Ali took me to the room and gave a thorough explanation of what she was doing and what to expect in each step. She was very professional and great at what she does - I barely felt the Botox injections. Even a day later I'm amazed and refreshed and clean with less frown wrinkles!

Megan was great! I originally went to see her to get a second opinion on lip filler. She was very knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be back.

Just had another wonderful facial with Dani. I highly recommend the diamond glo with a dermaplane. I've been going consistently for 2 years and my skin has completely transformed. It used to be textured with bumps and red acne scars. I switch between a flawless favorite and the diamond glo facial every other visit. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They understand it can be overwhelming when customizing a plan that works for your skin's needs, while also considering your budget.

Amazing! Dani the Laser technician is so nice. Flawless Faces is a place where you can trust to do your laser hair removal. I saw results since my first appointment. I did my legs, arms, and underarms, and I am loving the results. 100% recommended!
