Wow. The whole vibe of this place is amazing. I actually stopped in just to do some networking but I got to meet Ali and her staff and I was so impressed with them! You can tell that she really cares about doing the right thing. I normally wouldn’t write a review based on such a quick networking type interaction but after this interaction - I couldn’t leave without writing a review! She’s clearly doing amazing and deserves every bit of it.

Flawless faces were very personable very professional they did a great job on my lip filler and I had a very great experience with them I will definitely be going back and using their services.

THIS IS THE BEST MEDICAL SPA IN ARIZONA!!! I have worked with Danni and Ali and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Every single one was very thorough and listened to what I was looking for. I’ve always left with a huge smile. I mean unless I got filler it’s hard to know if I’m smiling 😂😂😂 from the front desk staff, the cleanliness and the option of several offices, absolutely fe stars and will always get my business as long as I'm in Arizona.

I had lip fillers with botox on my forehead. I was so nervous about looking overdone. Megan was an excellent Estheatist. She gave real advice that would help me feel as beautiful on the outside as beautiful as my inside. I love the results. The staff were very friendly and honest. I have other future procedures planned for other target areas. I hands down would choose Flawless Faces Med Spa for my other cosmetic work in the future.

I had the best experience at Flawless Faces Medspa with Ali Garzuzi! She’s so knowledgeable and truly an artist with Botox. She listened to exactly what I wanted natural, refreshed, not overdone. She totally nailed it. The whole process was quick, virtually painless, and super professional. I already love my results! Plus, the location is perfect. After my appointment, I grabbed lunch in Downtown Chandler and took a stroll at Veterans Oasis Park. If you’re looking for an injector who gets it, Ali is your girl. Can’t wait to go back!

I had Botox to my forehead and couple blood vessels around my eye with a plasma pen treated. I was not expecting how great everything has came out. Plus added benefits I was not anticipating. The before and after is now about one month since I had treatments. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but this has came pretty close. I would recommend going into flawless faces and just doing a consult at the very least. See what they offer. The staff and owner are all wonderful, honest and knowledgeable. I am happy to share these images as the results speak volumes. I think I got a miracle from the angels there! Thanks again ladies! I will definitely be going back and would say this was the best thing I could have done for myself.

My wife absolutely loves this medspa—it’s become her go-to in the East Valley. The owner, Ali Garzuzi, RN, and her team are incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in. The facility itself hits the perfect balance: it feels luxurious, yet the bright colors and high-energy attitude makes the environment fun and approachable rather than stuffy. We’ve seen excellent, tangible results from Botox and dermal filler treatments. Specifically, the Botox completely eliminated her frown lines and improved her overall skin texture, while the fillers left her lips looking fuller and naturally plump. The before-and-after outcomes consistently exceed our expectations. Even though we drive from Maricopa to Chandler, it’s always worth the trip. They offer a membership program that adds great value, and the location on Arizona Ave near downtown Chandler has convenient parking, making it easy to grab lunch nearby. If you’re in Maricopa, Queen Creek, or Gilbert, Ali’s expertise is well worth the short drive.
