Please if you’re looking to get the TOP service come here! I have never experienced a level of customer satisfaction than I have here! Besides the positive and peaceful atmosphere the staff was helpful and knowledgeable and I felt at ease (I was extremely nervous as it was my first time lol). Now to my injector Ali…this woman needs to be protected at all costs! She is an angel on earth and I’m so grateful to have met her! I know it seems extreme but I have my reasons she literally was a blessing to my day and made me feel like a million bucks when I left. She is so kind and understanding and has an amazing story behind becoming the woman she is today! I respect her completely and will be sending anyone I know who is interested in enhancing their natural beauty to her for as long as she practices! I wish her all the blessings and luck and prosperity in her career and personal life and look forward to continuing working with her in achieving my goals for my face and body!

Flawless Faces Medspa has the best prices and quality of service in all of Arizona. I heard about them through a friend and decided to check them out. The owner and head injector Ali is so friendly. Also Dani is great for laser hair removal services. The atmosphere is very cool and relaxed. Not stuffy at all.

This is the second time I have come here and I’m very happy with the results. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is bright and comfortable. Ali really takes her time to get to know you and how to best approach your treatment plan. She is very professional and makes you feel at ease. I’m definitely a new loyal client and will be happy to refer my friends and family to them.

Loved coming here for my Botox!! I’ve been here twice and had an amazing experience both times. Ali did a great job of talking to me and figuring out my specific needs and made sure to cater my injections specifically to my face. In a world with a LOT of pushy injectors, Ali was a breath of fresh air - she is so kind, easygoing, and there was no pressure to get more Botox, filler, or any other services. Scheduling was easy which is always a plus, and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. Loved this experience and will def continue to come back!!

Ally is extremely friendly, and educated. She takes passion and pride in her work. During your consultation Ally carefully educates you on the services that you are wanting to receive and does not recommend anything that would damage your appearance. She is very upfront with the pros and cons of receiving a treatment that your face does not need which I appreciated so much! That is the main reason I was so careful with choosing who I went to for Botox. Since the consult I have scheduled my initial Botox treatment and the follow up, each time I have been received with kindness and great treatment. I highly recommend Flawless Faces MedSpa to anyone looking for honest and great Botox results!!

I have been going to Flawless Faces for a couple of years now. I see Ali Garzuzi for Botox, and she is amazing! I get masseter Botox for TMJ, Botox in my forehead/temples for migraines, and some cosmetic Botox, because why not?!? She is an artist when identifying where Botox is needed and how much. Masseter Botox can be a little scary if it’s done incorrectly. I highly suggest going to an experienced injector, and Ali is it! The building is clean and her staff is always very nice, welcoming, and helpful!

What can I say Ali is ama,ing!!! I love her
